After a few tough, very challenging years, I often call in to talk to Louise. This beautiful lady who I always have a good laugh with, always brightens up my day. Always assuring me, hang in there, things around this time will get better and turn around completely. Difficult to see when you are going through a process, however, finally as predicted things changed around completely just as she said.
Everything Louise tells me during our chats happens just like she said they would. This exceptional lady is an absolute joy to talk to. Honest and says it as it is, and I consider as a very dear friend. I know she will read this too, so Louise ‘Thank You’ and hope I have put a smile on you too
