Aries, you divine creature. This month we have quite the steamy, interesting and spooky time, as Venus goes retrograde on the 3rd of October in your primal zone. Any obsession you had in the past, any intense relationship, or any primal feelings about money and power may come to the surface for you to examine. What I want you to know is that you’re a different person now and you can handle this, as long as you’re confident and believe in yourself. You can make the most of these shadows from the past. You can reclaim treasure, your power and anything you left behind, including your sensuality and your courage.

You can get that back with Venus retrograde. It can be a very good thing. We also have Mars, our ruler, in Leo, which I’m already feeling. It’s the best thing that’s happened for months. You have that power back. It is opposing Pluto, so the only problem you may have is that you might have too much fun. You want to be creative and do your own thing, but there may be groups of people trying to influence that. Trust yourself.

New Moon in Libra

Then we have the New Moon in Libra, in your relationship zone. You’re heading for a new cycle in relationships, but remember that Venus is retrograde and squares Mars, so you’re going to have to sort out what you want. We’re looking at desire, jealousy, obsession, equality in relationships and how you express your creativity. All these things become important on the New Moon. What do you need to let go of when it comes to your relationships? The New Moon is the perfect time to do it.

On the 16th, Mars in Leo trines Saturn in your sign. This is excellent news. You’re committing to what you want to create, and to passion, desire, happiness and pleasure. Saturn is saying, “Right, okay, great. You’ve got foundations to build joy into your future.” What does joy mean to you? What makes you happy? Think about that this month and how you can make it happen in your life.

Deep Intensity

Later in the month, Mercury goes retrograde and the Sun joins Venus in Scorpio. There’s a lot coming up: hidden stuff, intense, shadowy feelings, or perhaps other people expressing those feelings towards you. Venus also returns to Libra, which is good for you because it’s about your relationships and feeling a bit calmer. In the eighth house, it’s very intense, darling.

Then we have the Full Moon in Taurus, in your zone of security and abundance. It opposes the Sun in Scorpio, and both square Pluto. You know what Full Moons are like. They bring up intense feelings, and there may be issues about how safe you feel and how secure you are in yourself. It’s important to face your fears and say, “You know what? I am enough.” Lean into that Mars in Leo.

Mercury Retrograde

We end with retrograde Mercury in Scorpio squaring Mars in Leo. The other thing to watch out for this month is finding yourself toppling into a very naughty affair. There may be temptation or desires that feel a bit overwhelming. That’s why it’s important to face anything that’s blocked in you. Luckily, you have the confidence with Mars in Leo to get on and do it. I’m fascinated to know what happens, and I’m going to find out because I’m an Aries too.
