Uranus lands in Gemini and your 3^rd this month. Bringing with it electrifying ideas that totally revolutionise how you communicate or get around. Media is your magic now. What you say, share, think or sent out. Across the web, traditional media such as print or television (look at the glyph for Uranus. It looks like it is topped by an old fashioned TV antenna!), visual communication and writing. Words and pictures that move you and others. The power of an idea or conversation. What you have to say or your future, is set in motion with something as simple as ‘Hello’.

Uranus frees and innovates. It hates rigidity. And the kind of thinking which creates a ‘That’s the way it’s always been done’ culture. And the same kind of results which follow. You’ll push against this or even downright rebel. In your work you need openness and innovation. You’ll work best with visionaries. Or following your own vision.

Financial freedom or the opportunity to earn an income in a way that celebrates and rewards innovation and blue sky thinking could be the result of Venus’ final meeting with Uranus while it is still in Taurus and your 2^nd (4^th). This occurs hours before Venus moves into Gemini ahead of Uranus. Keep in mind that Uranus is future-focussed. And in your 2^nd Venus is all about your money! So, if you are looking at gains or surprise boosts to your income – invest at least some of it in your future plans. Or simply set it aside even if that plan isn’t fully formed yet!

We’re in heavy retro weather this month. With two of the retrograde planets in your sign, Aries. Neptune from the 4^th and then Saturn on the 13^th. With Mercury in full retroactive mode in Leo and your 5^th from the 13^th. Slow down, evaluate your progress since the start of the year. And yes, I hate to be the party pooper, Aries – singles should use all due caution when it comes to seeking someone new as Leo is your house of romance and attraction. That’s not to say flirtation, dating or more is off the July menu for you. Just that you should take your time getting to know someone rather than acting on the heat of the moment. No matter how hot the moment looks or is! Especially around the 23^rd when sparks may fly. And then fizzle out just as quickly.

If others accuse you of having unrealistic standards or simply being ultra-picky this month, just detach for a moment and reflect on whether this has been said before. And yes, consider your source. Could it be that nothing could be further from the truth, Aries? And that simply something doesn’t measure up to your core values? It’s a question worth reflecting on from the very start of July. Especially on the 4^th which brings us that final Venus/Uranus encounter. And on into retro season. It could simply be you DO have standards. And whomever is levelling this against you doesn’t. And if this surfaces under the full Moon in Capricorn and your 10^th, (10^th) – don’t be afraid to take a stand over it. In other words – yes, you are worth it, and do deserve more or better.

Funny when we stick to knowing when we truly should not compromise, the universe steps up and offers up more. Uranus’ lasting gift from its 2^nd house transit should be a fresh appreciation of your own worth. And you valuing yourself and your talents more. You are the genuine article, Aries. Not the fake LV knock-off! So act like it as the Sun enters Leo and your 5^th from the 22^nd.

Destination: Good times. Fuel: Your radiant strength of purpose! Yes, forward momentum is slowed down. Even at the time of the new Moon in Leo (24^th). It’s opposition to Pluto in your 11^th and alignment to Saturn and Neptune in your 1^st ushers in a desire for deeper friendships and connections. And also sees you move away from those who are all take and no give or just want control of the friendship narrative. Shared gatherings and good times may be on offer. And this could also see you reclaim an old dream or activity that gave you pleasure in the past.
