It’s not just the big picture that asks for your focus this December. But the small stuff too. You can answer: It’s all small stuff. And yes, it is. Just imagine for one moment that you are seated at your desk. Your job is CEO of You.Inc. In front of you are three trays. They are labelled In, Out and Time. The latter one being ruled by Saturn, which will begin to move out of your sign next year. This is your cosmic organising system. Now, visualise yourself going through your cosmic In box. In it are all the tasks and goals you have. Read through them. Which ones can you solve or do something about right now? You can either make an actual list or simply allow your higher self to provide the answers. Now, you can move these to your Out tray. Ruler Neptune direct from the 7^th aids you with what to prioritise.

What’s left? Big issues or simply stuff you are uncertain about. They may even have been hanging around for a while. Or you are simply unsure about the right action to take. You could be weighing up more than one. And that’s okay. In your mind, place all these in your Time tray.

Keep your focus on what you can do or fix in the here and now. Especially at the start of the month with the new Moon in your 10^th of self-direction and authorship. It squares Saturn and opposes old ruler Jupiter in your 4^th. This is a simple but powerful trick. Especially when it comes to what you have questions over. Or what seems overwhelming right now. You are NOT procrastinating. You are certainly not refusing to look at something. You are well aware it is there. But instead you are choosing to focus on what you can do. Not what you can’t.

The funny thing about this highly effective process is that as we move through those tasks we can take care of, what’s left in our Time tray either sorts itself out organically. Or else the perfect course of action simply occurs to us along the way. Try this and see.

This is about clearing away confusion and replacing it with clarity. Regaining your purpose. And doing away with that feeling of powerlessness. Suddenly your mindset shifts. You understand you have the tools and resources you need. Your confidence comes rushing back in like the tide. And as the Mercury retrograde begins to clear in your sector of status, public persona and career, you begin to set new goals to crush in the year ahead. And come from the place where you now know you can attain them.

My guess is that by the new year, there’s not much left to Time. And that Time is now on your side. By the time the full Moon lights your 4^th – this time conjunct Jupiter and squaring Saturn again (15^th), you should be not only looking at hardly anything left in that In tray. But those Time tray items have been much reduced.

You’ll also come to understand what matters – and what doesn’t in the grand scheme of things. In all of this process, you are being empowered by Pluto now in your 12^th. Venus joins it on the 7^th. With Ceres close behind. And across the 7^th – 9^th you may decide to let something go simply because it is no longer relevant. Or worth your effort. If it was in your Time tray – now it’s gone.

Money planet Mars is retrograde this December from the 6^th. It heads backwards in your practical and pragmatic 6^th house. And will return to your 5^th of pleasure and love next year. This is telling you not to ignore financial matters. These should not be placed in your Time tray but be in your In box ready to be tackled. If you have been spending your time in the red – literally with unpaid bills, harness this Mars to face this head on. Don’t resort to that famous scene in Confessions of a Shopaholic by chugging tequila in order to get up the courage to look at those statements. Seek out professional advice if needed.

If emotional spending is an issue – and by that I don’t just mean you buying yourself stuff to fill a hole in your life, but you spending more than you should on gifts for others out of misplaced feelings of guilt etc, then please wait until after the full Moon to do your holiday shopping. The square between the Sun and Neptune (18^th), sees you able to regulate and stick to your budget. While the opposition between Mars and Ceres (20^th) could see you grab a bargain.

This also favours you asking for a bonus or payrise for the coming year as you will be able to broker a deal where both you and the other party benefits.

Friends and also who or what you are looking for, are illuminated as the Sun enters your 11^th. Your yearly social and goal entrainment cycle is now Pluto free. As is the new ‘Black’ Moon on the 30^th. The first to occur without Pluto in here since 2008. You’ll seek out and attract successful elements now. People who have made it, or can inspire you to do the same. If you are looking for love, then that person could not only be successful at what they do, but there could be an age difference of seven years or more. Remember, that’s just a number. What counts is the values you share.

This is one of the best goal getting new Moons you have experienced in decades. It hands you the emotional belief in yourself that is all important when it comes to manifesting what we want. It can also place people on your path who will play a pivotal role in this for you. Look out for the visionaries, the outliers and the maverick thinkers. People who are from outside your usual circle or who come from very different backgrounds or professions to yours. The more unusual – the better the fit could be. And above all, don’t wait for them to find you. Be a seeker and creator of your future. You have a Time tray. But time itself waits for no-one. Let time take care of the contents. While you set in motion the time of your life.

In a nutshell: Be ready for the arrival of the new – way before 2025 comes knocking. New and different people offer the excitement and fresh potential you’re seeking. Intuition puts you in the right place at the right time.
